About the Role
Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work? We’re seeking a Commercial Install Specialist to deliver and install washers and dryers at customer locations throughout the region. You’ll ensure every installation is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally — providing a top-notch customer experience from start to finish. Overnight travel is a must in this role, with the expectation of 2-3 nights per week.
As a key member of our Leasing and Coin Laundry division, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers’ laundry systems operate smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, troubleshooting technical issues, and working directly with customers in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Receive and complete daily delivery and pick-up instructions from the Laundry Installation Supervisor.
- Prepare and load trucks to maximize efficiency and ensure all required inventory, parts, and tools are onboard.
- Deliver, install, and test washers, dryers, and payment systems (including Kiosoft and other card systems).
- Verify proper water, gas, and electrical connections; perform minor repairs and ensure all utilities are safe and functional.
- Remove old units and transport them back to the warehouse for service or disposal.
- Keep accurate documentation of all deliveries, installations, and pick-ups; return keys, paperwork, and collected funds daily.
- Communicate effectively with Property Managers, Maintenance staff, and customers to ensure satisfaction and understanding of work performed.
- Maintain and report vehicle inventory, condition, and safety compliance.
- Follow all company, DOT, and safety policies, including lifting and driving procedures.
- Assist with other service or installation needs as assigned.
- Participate in ongoing training to expand technical knowledge and installation skills.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting and maneuvering heavy equipment (up to 400 lbs. with proper equipment) and working in tight spaces.
- Basic understanding of wiring diagrams and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency with common hand tools, meters, and installation equipment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated — able to work independently while maintaining teamwork.
- Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays; occasional weekend or overtime work may be required.
- Knowledge of federal and state safety regulations.

Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
