We partner with property managers, apartment communities, housing authorities, colleges/universities, and health care/retirement groups based in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Maryland. We provide the highest quality washer and dryer systems for multi-family apartments, condos, laundry rooms, hotels, and college/university student facilities.
Job Summary
As a Warehouse Service Technician, you will primarily be responsible for making repairs to the washers and dryers. You would also be responsible for unboxing the machines, managing inventory, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and maintaining an organized work space. Ideal candidates will already have experience working on Whirlpool, GE, and Speed Queen machines.
Compensation & Travel
Compensation is dependent on experience and geographical location. Average starting pay per hour is approximately $22 - $24. This position requires Monday-Friday morning shift which is from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive daily repair requests/orders, identify and procure appropriate parts needed for repairs
- Load/unload trucks
- Evaluate machines, diagnosis the cause, and identify the most effective and efficient solution
- Test machines to validate solution; clean machines and work area
- Proficiently use a tablet to work with an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software system to keep track of daily activity.
- Monitor warehouse inventory; promptly alert Branch Manager of inventory needs per guidelines
- Be a team player!
Qualifications
- Experience working with an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
- Experience repairing appliances
- Experience working in a warehouse setting
- Diagnostic Experience
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug test
- Coachable, innovative, team-oriented, and professional
- Ability to maneuver heavy machines weighing over 150lbs

Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
